Security questions
Security questions are part of your authentication process. They help enhance your account security by requiring you to choose and provide answers to specific questions that only you should know.
Our Customer Care may ask you to answer the security questions in case you forget your password or encounter issues with other forms of authentication. The security questions provide a reliable way to verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
You need to select and answer three security questions of your choice.
Select questions with answers that are memorable to you, but difficult for others to guess. Avoid using information that can be easily found on social media or through basic research.
Currently, you cannot change your security questions and answers. It is important to remember them.

You may write them down, but make sure to keep them confidential and in a secure location. Avoid sharing this information with anyone else.
While it may be convenient, we recommend using unique questions for each account to maximise security.
Answers must have a minimum of two alphanumeric characters and no special characters. Capitalization is inconsequential, as it will not be requested during a call with our Customer Care.
