Select the device linked to the account to unblock
  • Click on "Unblock my account"
  • Select your preferred device

Enter your User ID
  • Enter your User ID. If you no longer have it, contact our Customer Service Desk at (+352) 24 550 550
  • Click on "Validate"

Enter the code received by SMS or your initial password
  • You will receive an OTP code by SMS on your phone. Enter this code in the field provided
  • If we do not have your mobile phone number, you will have to provide your initial password. You will find it in the letter and / or the SMS you received after ordering your LuxTrust device
4.
Enter the OTP code
  • Press the button on your Token or scan the QRcode using your Scan or the LuxTrust application to generate an OTP code
  • Enter the OTP code in the dedicated field on the site
  • Click on "Unblock account"

In order to be able to unblock your account, you will need the items below. Make sure you have them on hand.

  • Your User ID received by letter and / or SMS
  • Your device
  • If we do not have your mobile number: your initial password received by letter and / or SMS
