Select the device linked to the secret image to change
  • Click on the "Change my secret image" 
  • Select the device related to the change of your secret image

Authenticate

If you have a Token:

  • Enter your User ID. If you no longer have it, contact our Customer Service Desk at (+352) 24 550 550
  • Enter your current password
  • Press the button on your Token
  • Enter the OTP code generated in the dedicated field

If you have a Signing Stick, SmartCard or electronic identity card:

  • Connect the Signing Stick to the USB port or insert the card into the card reader
  • Wait for the certificate details to be viewed
  • Click on "Authenticate"
  • Enter your PIN code in the dedicated field of the pop-up window
  • Validate
3.
Change the secret image
  • Choose a new secret image among the 9 proposed
  • Click on "Next"
4.
Confirm using the OTP or PIN code

If you have a Token:

  • Press the button on your Token
  • Enter the OTP code generated in the dedicated field
  • Click on "Authenticate"

If you have a Signing Stick, SmartCard or electronic identity card:

  • Enter your current PIN code in the dedicated field of the pop-up window
  • Validate

What do you need to change your secret image?

In order to be able to change your secret image, you will need the elements below. Make sure you have them on hand.

If you have a Token:

  • Your User ID received by letter and / or SMS when ordering your device
  • Your current password
  • Your Token

If you have a Signing Stick, SmartCard or electronic identity card:

  • Your card reader (except for the Signing Stick)
  • Your current PIN code
  • Your device
