  • Select the device linked to the password (Token, Scan or LuxTrust application)

Enter your User ID
  • You will find the User ID in the letter or SMS you received after ordering your LuxTrust device (Token, Scan or LuxTrust app)
  • If you no longer have your User ID, please contact our Customer Service Desk at (+352) 24 550 550

Enter the OTP code received by SMS or your initial password
  • You will receive an OTP code by SMS on your phone. Enter this code in the field provided
  • If we do not have your mobile phone number, you will have to provide your initial password. You will find it in the letter and / or the SMS you received after ordering your LuxTrust device (Token, Scan or LuxTrust app)

Choose a new password
  • Enter a new password in the dedicated field (between 6 and 10 characters)
  • Confirm the chosen password
  • Click on "Validate"
5.
Enter your OTP code
  • In order to validate your new password, all you have to do is to generate an OTP code using your Token, Scan or the LuxTrust app
  • Enter the OTP code in the dedicated field on the site
  • Click on "Recover"

What do you need to recover your forgotten password?

In order to be able to recover your password, you will need the items below. Make sure you have them on hand.

  • Your User ID received by letter and / or SMS Your device
  • If we do not have your mobile number: your initial password received by letter and / or SMS after ordering your LuxTrust device
