Make a request for deletion of your LuxTrust account

The user or proxy user has to contact LuxTrust S.A. in order to request the deletion of the account.

The user or proxy user must submit their account deletion request to questions@luxtrust.lu mentioning the first name, last name and the email associated to LuxTrust certificate.

As part of its security measures, LuxTrust may request further verification through trusted communication channels listed on its official website. Users should always rely on the website to confirm how to contact LuxTrust

The user or proxy user must be aware that account suppression will result in the certificate revocation and the inability to access any services using the LuxTrust digital identity or authentication service. 

If you wish to delete the personal data linked to your revoked LuxTrust certificate, you may submit a request to dpo@luxtrust.lu following the same process described above. Please note, however, that in accordance with applicable laws and GDPR requirements, LuxTrust is required to retain certain personal data for a minimum of 10 years after the end of the subscribed service.
