Select the device linked to the password to change
  • Click on "Change my password"
  • Select the device linked to the password change (Token, LuxTrust app or Scan)

Enter your User ID
  • Enter your User ID in the dedicated field. You will find the User ID in the letter or SMS you received shortly after you ordered/received your LuxTrust device (Token, Scan or the LuxTrust app). If you no longer have your User ID, please contact our Customer Service Desk at (+352) 24 550 550
  • Validate

Enter your current password
  • Enter the last password you set
4.
Choose a new password
  • Choose a complex password (6 to 10 characters)
  • Enter it in the dedicated field
  • Confirm it again in the dedicated field
  • Validate
5.
Enter the OTP code
  • Enter your User ID
  • Enter your new password in the dedicated field
  • Press the button on your Token or scan the QR code using Scan or your LuxTrust app
  • Enter the OTP code generated in the dedicated field
  • Click on "Change"

What do you need to change your password?

In order to be able to change your password, you will need the elements below. Make sure you have them on hand.

  • Your User ID
  • Your current password
  • Your device
