Select the device linked to the certificate to renew
  • Click on the button "Renew my certificate" below.
  • Select your device associated with the certificate to renew (Token, Scan, SmartCard or Signing Stick).

Authenticate

Token and Scan

  • Enter your User ID. If you no longer have your User ID, call our Customer Service Desk at +352 24 550 550.
  • Enter your current password in the dedicated field.
  • Press the button on your Token or scan the QR code.
  • Enter the OTP code generated in the dedicated field.
  • Click on "Authenticate"

SmartCard and Signing Stick

  • Connect the Signing Stick or card reader to the USB port
  • Insert the card into the card reader
  • Wait for the certificate details to be viewed
  • Click on "Authenticate"
  • Enter your current PIN code in the dedicated field of the pop-up
  • Validate

Check the validity of the certificate data

Update your email address and mobile phone number if necessary.

Set the billing address

Enter the address where you want to receive your invoice.

Select a payment method

Select your preferred payment method: credit card or voucher (the voucher may have been provided by your bank or other partners).

6.
Proceed to payment
  • Enter the requested data according to the type of payment selected.
  • Validate.

What do you need to renew your certificate?

During the process, you will need to provide the verification elements below. Make sure you have them at hand before you start.

 

To renew a certificate associated with your Token or Scan, you will need:

  • Your User ID received by letter and / or SMS. If you no longer have your User ID, call our Customer Service Desk at +352 24 550 550.
  • Your current password
  • Your voucher, if your bank or supplier issued one for you, or your credit card
  • Your device

 

To renew a certificate associated with your SmartCard or Signing Stick, you will need:

  • Your card reader (except for the Signing Stick)
  • Your current PIN code
  • Your voucher, if your bank or supplier issued one for you, or your credit card
  • Your device
