Temporarily suspend my certificate
If you have lost your LuxTrust device or you wish to render it unusable for a short period of time, you can suspend your certificate. You can reactivate it within 30 days of its suspension.
First, we invite you to have a look at what to expect during the this process. Then, make sure you have all the necessary elements before your start.
Estimated time: 3 minutes
- After clicking, a new window will open.
- Enter the LuxTrust serial number which can be found in the letter or SMS received shortly after ordering your certificate (LuxTrust codes)
- Enter the 6-digit Challenge code found in the letter or SMS received shortly after ordering your certificate (LuxTrust codes)
- Enter the verification code displayed on the screen in the field provided
- Click on the "Suspend" button
What do you need to suspend your certificate?
To proceed with the suspension of your certificate, you will need the verification elements below. Make sure you have them at hand.
