Roles and Essential Activities:
Contribute to improve IT security controls effectiveness, increase ISMS process maturity and keep IT risks exposure under accepted level by assisting the Chief Information Security Officer in its missions.
- Leads Security Operation activities such as vulnerability management; threats monitoring; threat prevention (phishing tentative, SIEM alerts) and log review. Improves threat detection capabilities by reviewing SIEM use cases on a regular basis in closed collaboration with our SOC services.
- Provides Information Security advisory to both IT and Business units by assisting Legal, compliance and CSD teams in due diligence exercises, new process flow or use cases and any security questions. Leads supplier due diligence assessment for the security aspects.
- Identity and access management: reviews on a regular basis access rights for physical and logical access.
- Maintains and improves ISMS documentation based on knowledge of best practices, regulatory requirements and specific needs of LuxTrust. Lead procedures development and maintain it on annual basis. Participates to the Policy/Standards document review.
- Directs an ongoing, proactive risk assessment program for all new and existing systems in our corporate environment and ensure that effective controls to manage these risks are in place against the company’s goals and business processes.
- Assists the IT team in performing risk assessment related to technology implementation :
- Performs research and coordination with Engineering to drive security
- Performs research and recommendation of appropriate security protection products and services, such as log management, security event management, and intrusion detection
- Leads penetration-testing campaign on corporate environment. Defines pen-testing scope, prepares and coordinates pen-testers activities, reviews pen-testing results with IT department and leads recommendations action plan.
- Participates in Audit ISO27001.
- Contributes to security awareness annual program.
- Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements; evaluation security incidents.
Specific Profile:
- Bac +5 or equivalent experience Knowledge in Information technology / Information Security / System engineer with security mindset (3 to 5 years of experiences)
- Skills and knowledge of IT, networks and Information security business
- PKI knowledge is an asset
- Strong analytical skills to analyse information security requirements and relate them to appropriate controls
- Organised, responsive, accountable and highly thorough of problem solving oriented and solution driven
- Experienced in developing, documenting and maintaining policies, processes, procedures and standards
- Prior security audit experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of and experience in understanding documentation and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to synthesize

- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written

Missions:
- Help clients solve their problems quickly and easily:
- Avoid repeated calls for a same issue
- Avoid transferring call and requesting client to repeat information
- Do not just resolve the current issue, head off the next one
- Suggest improvements for “support section” of web site
- Manage clients’ request:
- Order requests for production and test certificates
- Revocation, suspension, reactivation requests during office hours
- All Re-Key requests Phases
- Answer clients’ questions (verbal and written) timely and clearly:
- Guide customers through administrative and technical procedures
- Help CSD meet its Key Performance Indicators:
- Available staff
- Client effort score
- Number of drop calls
- Waiting time
- Efficiency through reuse
- Use feedback from disgruntled or struggling clients to improve LuxTrust value proposition
- Write user centric technical documentation and guidelines
- Make suggestions and comments to improve offering and quality of service
- Closely and constructively, collaborate with application providers’ help desks
- Avoid ping-pong
- Propose joint “Client / CSD / HD” con-calls when deemed appropriate
- Help run acceptance test plans for user centric services
- Fill-in ticket for each call
- Ensure that CSD infrastructure is operational at all times
- Contribute to build LuxTrust image of “Excellence” and “Easy to do business with”
- Leverage internal resources when needed
- Escalate if, and when required
- Other duties as assigned:
- Handling of returned mail
- Reporting of security incidents

Missions:

- Provide functional and technical support to major customers for a number of applications
