Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f)

In the development of our projects, the Quality Assurance Engineer is the key person who ensures that the service produced is build following the requirements, with a high level of quality.

Missions:

  • Performing review and assessment activities related to the verification and validation of project /service and product quality;
  • Designing software solutions by interacting with stakeholders to understand requirements;
  • Driving application demo preparations in collaboration with Business Analyst;
  • Adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure that all security policies are followed and Architecture’s best practices applied;
  • Quality Assurance of product developing and executing backend and frontend tests;  All types of quality assurance: smoke, regression, integration testing;
  • Tests should be at least manual, nevertheless, the QA Engineer must focus on automation tests, and transforms manual to automated test when possible.
  • Ensuring and taking responsibility for product delivery & releases quality, giving valuable feedback to Service Managers;
  • Providing full life-cycle capability for projects accountable for - including interacting with service managers, collaborating with developers and business analysts, and training and providing point of escalation for app support staff;
  • Communicating with teams on daily basis;
  • Driving UAT sessions;
  • Synchronize with colleagues from IT / CSD to ensure Family & Friends run smoothly.

Required skills: 

  • University degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred;
  • Ability to write or understand Bash, HTML/XML, SQL, JavaScript<>TypeScript, Java;
  • Previous experience using Jira Jenkins, Confluence.

Specific profile:

  • Experience in test design, risk management, defect management with a strong background in security;

Facility and Admin Manager (m/f)

Missions:

Our facility manager will work in the Corporate department and report hierarchically to the CFO whilst under the functional lead of a designated HR team member, who will be the back-up in case of absence.

Our facility manager will take care of the reception desk and will be the first point of contact for our company, employees and/or visitors. The reception coordinates all relevant front-desk activities, including distributing mail-in and redirecting phone calls.

Our facility manager will take part in the Happiness Committee activities and occupational well-being. In order to fulfil its mission, our facility manager's main tasks are:

Facility:

  • Overseeing building and grounds maintenance
  • Operating and maintaining custodial functions
  • Ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly

Compliance Officer (m/f)

Missions:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, laws and industry standards (eIDAS, GDPR, PSF, CA/Browser Forum, PSD2)
  • Management governance and compliance practices and procedures 
  • Assist the implementation/monitoring of controls to secure LuxTrust assets
  • Coordinate internal & external audits

In detail:

Compliance (70%):

  • Regulatory & legal watch on industry standards in order to recommend ways to adapt & update LuxTrust processes, procedures, and audit preparedness activities
  • Acts as a supporting point of contact for external and internal related audits
  • Managing communications between audit partners (external and internal parties)
  • Monitoring & managing audit action plans as well as reporting: document requests & audit findings/remediation status/feedback on management response for recommendations/tracking-progress follow-up, etc.
  • Performs periodic reviews and compliance controls to ensure continuous adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
  • Assists in developing and monitoring remediation plans
  • Advisory role in projects to assess compliance requirements

Risk Management (20%):

  • Assists in the identification of potential compliance/security exposures that currently exist or may pose potential threats

  • Coordinates with data owners to ensure accuracy and completeness of sensitive company information

  • Monitors & assists in developing new controls inventory, performing gap-analysis, and documenting remediation action plans
  • Evaluates and updates policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with applicable compliance/security control requirements
  • Drives process changes across the organization and acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all compliance related questions
  • Develops process flows, technical diagrams, and control narratives for complex environments in the objective to provide inputs for asset/risk classification
