IT Security Officer (m/f)

Roles and Essential Activities:

Contribute to improve IT security controls effectiveness, increase ISMS process maturity and keep IT risks exposure under accepted level by assisting the Chief Information Security Officer in its missions.

  • Leads Security Operation activities such as vulnerability management; threats monitoring; threat prevention (phishing tentative, SIEM alerts) and log review. Improves threat detection capabilities by reviewing SIEM use cases on a regular basis in closed collaboration with our SOC services.
  • Provides Information Security advisory to both IT and Business units by assisting Legal, compliance and CSD teams in due diligence exercises, new process flow or use cases and any security questions. Leads supplier due diligence assessment for the security aspects.
  • Identity and access management: reviews on a regular basis access rights for physical and logical access.
  • Maintains and improves ISMS documentation based on knowledge of best practices, regulatory requirements and specific needs of LuxTrust. Lead procedures development and maintain it on annual basis. Participates to the Policy/Standards document review.
  • Directs an ongoing, proactive risk assessment program for all new and existing systems in our corporate environment and ensure that effective controls to manage these risks are in place against the company’s goals and business processes.
  • Assists the IT team in performing risk assessment related to technology implementation :
    • Performs research and coordination with Engineering to drive security
    • Performs research and recommendation of appropriate security protection products and services, such as log management, security event management, and intrusion detection
  • Leads penetration-testing campaign on corporate environment. Defines pen-testing scope, prepares and coordinates pen-testers activities, reviews pen-testing results with IT department and leads recommendations action plan.
  • Participates in Audit ISO27001.
  • Contributes to security awareness annual program.
  • Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements; evaluation security incidents.

Specific Profile:

  • Bac +5 or equivalent experience Knowledge in Information technology / Information Security / System engineer with security mindset (3 to 5 years of experiences)
  • Skills and knowledge of IT, networks and Information security business
  • PKI knowledge is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse information security requirements and relate them to appropriate controls
  • Organised, responsive, accountable and highly thorough of problem solving oriented and solution driven
  • Experienced in developing, documenting and maintaining policies, processes, procedures and standards
  • Prior security audit experience would be an asset
  • Knowledge of and experience in understanding documentation and regulatory compliance requirements

Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f)

In the development of our projects, the Quality Assurance Engineer is the key person who ensures that the service produced is build following the requirements, with a high level of quality.

Missions:

  • Performing review and assessment activities related to the verification and validation of project /service and product quality;
  • Designing software solutions by interacting with stakeholders to understand requirements;
  • Driving application demo preparations in collaboration with Business Analyst;
  • Adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure that all security policies are followed and Architecture’s best practices applied;
  • Quality Assurance of product developing and executing backend and frontend tests;  All types of quality assurance: smoke, regression, integration testing;
  • Tests should be at least manual, nevertheless, the QA Engineer must focus on automation tests, and transforms manual to automated test when possible.
  • Ensuring and taking responsibility for product delivery & releases quality, giving valuable feedback to Service Managers;
  • Providing full life-cycle capability for projects accountable for - including interacting with service managers, collaborating with developers and business analysts, and training and providing point of escalation for app support staff;
  • Communicating with teams on daily basis;
  • Driving UAT sessions;
  • Synchronize with colleagues from IT / CSD to ensure Family & Friends run smoothly.

Required skills: 

  • University degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred;
  • Ability to write or understand Bash, HTML/XML, SQL, JavaScript<>TypeScript, Java;
  • Previous experience using Jira Jenkins, Confluence.

Specific profile:

  • Experience in test design, risk management, defect management with a strong background in security;
  • Solid knowledge of manual and automated software testing;
  • Experience writing test documentation;
  • Hands on experience testing on the main software platforms: Web, Windows, Linux, iOS, OSX, Android;
  • Familiarity with the following technical stack used in our Quality Assurance processes: Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, Serenity BDD, Mocha, Jasmine, Protractor, Karma;
  • Proven relevant commercial experience in system, integration, regression, performance, stress, functionality, upgrade and installation testing;
  • Previous experience testing PKI/Banking/Mobile/Web applications;
  • Experienced in QA with ISEB/ISTQB certification or similar experience;
  • Expected to be able to liaise with developers and assess their test automated scripts;
  • Intermediate SQL level;
  • Comfortable with working in a fast paced Agile environment;
  • Experience in Scrum methodology;
  • Fluent English, French;

Presales (m/f)

The pre-sales consultant is employed as a technical & functional expert that works with sales teams to ensure that the product/service/solution being offered can be designed to meet the customers’ requirements.

Roles and Essential Activities:

  • Works closely with the sales team on proposals (including qualification, quotation, RFP & answer to call for tenders)
  • Attends meetings with account managers (sales team) and acting as a technical & functional advisor, demonstrate demo with features & functionalities
  • Develops collaterals with most common use cases for the sales team to support their pitches & demonstrate the value proposition of LuxTrust
  • Ensures that the LuxTrust product/service/solution can meet or exceed the prospect’s requirements
  • Provides support to enroll prospects willing to test the solution Analyse & provide detailed design solution & quotation (in case of complex solution) in collaboration with the sales team
  • Presents functional & technical proposal to prospects in collaboration with the sales team
  • Contributes to offer/value proposition awareness (training, presentation…)
  • Shares with management relevant information from markets, competitors, customers to create business opportunities or upsell

Missions:

  • Help clients solve their problems quickly and easily:
    • Avoid repeated calls for a same issue
    • Avoid transferring call and requesting client to repeat information
    • Do not just resolve the current issue, head off the next one

  • Manage clients’ request:
    • Order requests for production and test certificates

Client Account Manager (m/f)

Activities:

  • Ensure rigorous support activities, follow-up and resolve clients’ open issues
  • Organise:
    • Timely account meetings for large accounts
    • Customers’ monthly workshops for new services, solutions and SLAs
  • Handle client information and consulting requests (can leverage Marketing team’s support)
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure maintenance
